This week I'm starting the Couch to 5K, and I'd be lying if I said I wasn't nervous.
Advice? Stories? {but not the horrific kind} Tips? Anything? haha. I'm hoping someone will do it with me, but I'm not sure that will happen.
Wish me luck! I'm sure I'll post about it.

I used C25k and have ran 3 5k's since. it's a fantastic plan and it really works. I'm not very fast yet but I am strong enough to finish. I never thought that would happen!

I really probably should do this with you...... but I dont know if I am quite there yet!!
I was horrible about keeping up on my work out routine in July and I wasnt so great about what I ate either!!
Sooooo, I feel like I am WAY out of shap ALL over again!!! I need to get back on track and then maybe I will be fit enough to start the program!!

That's awesome. I should do it with you but it needs to get cooler outside. I want to save up for a treadmill but it will take time. Do you have a gym membership or do you just run outside?
